I ordered this last Thursday and I already received my products yesterday! Only 3 days!
I got the lip gloss I bought and free samples in the mail yesterday. The Powder was a full size and the other sample was small, but nice still too.
I took advantage of the great Smashbox deal (free shipping and samples), but did not have the extra bonus added to my cart as promised. BOOOOOOOO! I never noticed a promo code that was necessary to gain the extra loot, so I proceeded with the checkout. Oh well, lesson learned. There seemed to be a glitch when I went from MFA to Smashbox, the page had errors. I went to Smashbox directly and was able to make a purchase without errors (except losing the free $22 Lip product). Better luck to everyone else.
Did you order today? If you ordered at the correct time which would have been in the last 15 min or so only it should have added to the end of your transaction AFTER you pay and once the confirmation comes up. As I said there is no promo code to use. It is automatic. If you did all those steps there is no lesson to be learned you should get the product with no problems. Check your confirmation again and then I would shoot an email to customer service.
I just did an order and the double side lip color did show up. No problems at all. Got the other freebies as well again.
