IF IT DOESN’T WORK & THE OFFER SAYS YOUR INELIGIBLE You have to disable your cookies. Go to your “Tools” then select “Internet options”, then go to the privacy tab, and select “Accept all cookies” and hit apply. I tried signing up over & over through I.E. & F.F. and it kept saying i was ineligible, but once i disabled my cookies it worked in I.E. 😉
I just did this & it said I was inelidgeable (sry cant spell lol) but I read a user tip & log on w/ Mozilla & it worked fine. (I used IE the first time)
