There is a coupon HERE for a free sample of Too Faced mascara from Sephora stores inside JC Penney. The coupon says if they run out of mascara, you can have a sample of your choice.
This coupon makes me a little apprehensive because I don’t see any dates listed but I guess it doesn’t hurt to try if you are already headed to the mall!
