No Dy, Go into your email account and enter the email address just like if you were emailing a friend or something. No need to go to the web site.
We have tried this product before and it is great! The only shampoo/body wash we use for our baby. It is pricey but a little bottle lasts a long time and it is hard to find natural products that are also tear-free. I requested the sample and hope it comes with coupons! Thanks for posting this!

Open up your email account like you are sending an email to a friend.
Type this exactly: redbook@californiababy.com
Send the email and say “I would love a sample of your products. Here is my mailing address: ”
Typically most people try to spell out the email to prevent spam online. In the future if you see an email spelled out like that you will know why. That should work perfectly.

I never got my free sample. I received an email on March 17 saying they received my email and the products would be sent out. Just wondering if you got yours?

Nope! It can take up 10 weeks sometimes so maybe it will arrive.
