pillsbury cookies

Reader Amy put together an awesome deal to score cookies for free at Safeway right now.  I am not sure if the price will last when the new ad breaks tomorrow so better head in today if you can.

Pillsbury Holiday Ready to Bake cookies are $1.50 each.  There is also a catalina running right now:

Pillsbury refrigerated products 3/22 – 4/18
• Qualifying products include: crescents, cookies, sweet rolls, Grands!, Grands! cinnamon rolls, pie crusts, dinner rolls, loaves, breadsticks and pizza crusts
Buy 4, get $2
Buy 5, get $3
Buy 6, get $4

So if you buy 4 packages of cookies at $1.50 each
Use (2) $1/2 any Pillsbury Refridgerated cookie dough HERE (I think these will work but you can also print the .75/2 Holiday cookies coupon just in case)
Use the $1/2 cellfire ecoupon
Use the $1/2 Shortcuts ecoupon
Final Price: $2 and get a $2 catalina back!

Now if you decide to buy 6 packages at $1.50 each
Use (3) $1/2 coupons HERE or HERE
Use $1/2 ecoupon from Cellfire
Use $1/2 ecoupon from Shortcuts
Final Price: $4 and get a $4 catalina back!

Amy confirmed this did work for her and these would be a great treat for any classroom parties!

Stay tuned as I will have the new grocery deals for Safeway posted tonight as well as an updated list of catalina offers!

All of the coupons I found links to on your site were expired. They expired on the 21st or the 22nd. Do you have any current ones?

Here is what I found at Pavillions (SoCal) on Sunday…The Pillsbury Shamrock cookies only were 2 for $3. I used mfr coupon for $1 off 2 and cellfire or shortcuts (?) for an additional 75 cents off. I got 2 for $1.25. Stil not a bad deal! I freeze them and pull them out when the oven is on for a nice quick after dinner treat. (Thank you for sharing that they will take e-coupons off on top of manufacturer coupons. I had no idea! Saved even more this way! Thank you.

I just went and was SUPER pleased! I paid $2.50 for 2 Easter cookie dough packages and 4 of the Grands (These are $.99 through today with the in-ad coupon) and got the $4.00 catalina.

I signed up for all of those coupon booklets on coupons.com right now and got some great coupons that worked really well with the loadable coupons. Thanks so much for the heads up!!

thanks, i did this deal today. my checker wouldn’t take multiples of the same printable coupon so i had to use (1) .75/2 and (1) 1.00/2 Q, luckily all of the e-coupons still came off so it was a great deal!

Where exactly did you guys find the refrigerated cookie dough? Were the holiday cookies with the regular cookie dough because I couldn’t find them! Bummer.

  14. Charlene says

    03/23/2010 at 8:57 PM

Yikes! They are listed online at $1.50 so that is a real shame.

Whoo hoo! I was thinking about that Grands but I didn’t get a chance to post. Glad you caught it 🙂

Thanks for this posting Charlene. I purchase two easter themed packages for 2/$3 and two regular chocolate chip $3.49 each. My total was $10. I used two internet printables from the coupons.com site I printed today. Then, two $1 e-coupons came off. Then three 75 cent coupons came off. Grand total 3.75 plus I got a $2 catalina. I used my catalina from last week to almost pay for all of them. Thanks again.

Thanks for posting this just in the knick of time! Hubby was headed out the door to another store in the same shopping center so I asked him to do this for me (the 4 package version). This is always a little risky since he’s not used to the whole coupon game but I figured he could handle this one. He called me on the way out of the store completely incredulous because he didn’t even have to use the coupons and the self-checkout machine game him 89 cents back and the $2 CAT. Looking at the receipt, it actually wanted to give him $2.89 back but only gave him the 89 cents. I don’t know why so many ecoupons came off but hey, I’ll take it!

So is this deal over today? I know you said it was yesterday only, but I was wondering if anyone knew if it might still be going… by chance???
    THANKS!!!

Hey Sheila I would just call your store and do a price check. It was listed online at $1.50 but some stores had them priced at $4.

They are still listed online at $1.50:

I called my store. They confirmed the cookies are still on sale, but didn’t know anything about the catalina. Is there still a catalina running on these?
