The rebate is not being sent. If you go on the facebook page it tells you to go to the pictures section and download the rebate form there. I did it and it printed a little blurry but is still fine for mailing.
This is great stuff!! We use this on our carpet – with an infant and a 2-year-old the spills are endless! I heartily recommend this product!
