It will always depend on your store no matter what the coupon policy is. These ARE NOT manufacturer coupons despite what the little wording says and I can go into a very detailed explanation as to why but I do not have the time right now. I would suggest rereading the coupon policy if you have questions as it is actually quite thorough. You might also put an ad perk coupon next to a manufacturer's coupon and pay close attention to the bar code. You can clearly see that the bar code is totally different and the ad perk coupons will not go to a clearing house for redemption. I would not recommend doing anything on this site that was unethical.

Well, technically the RA Ad Perks coupons do say "Limit one per customer" on the bottom...regardless of the price of the second item. AND they say "Manufacturer Coupon" at the top followed by "coupon redemption paid by manufacturer" at the bottom - but I use RA coupons and MFQ together quite often. So I guess it depends on your store.

I was trying to do the johnsons lotion deal....one for 4.49 the 2nd for a penny...but when i went to pay the cashier would only let me use one coupon because the other item was only a penny. How do u explain to a cashier that you CAN use two? I ususally dont run into these type of problems where i use two coupons during a BOGO sale, but thats because i usually have several items that the cashier doesnt scrutinize the coupons....next time what do i say? I wanna go back tomorrow to take advanage of the sale.l, but i do not know how to properly explain that you can do it. Id love to hear your suggestion.

They aren't manufacturer coupons. They are store coupons. I am quite certain because I speak with someone directly that is with Rite Aid corporate. The program has not been outlined clearly in the coupon policy and it is rumored to end because people are abusing the policy. If your store decides they will only allow one coupon than there isn't much you can do about it. With drugstores I have found at store level they allow their managers quite a bit of room to determine their own policies with regards to coupons.

Just FYI - Most of the Video value coupons are Manufacturer's Coupons and my Rite Aid is not allowing me to stack them with another Manufacturer's coupon. For example, on the Johnson & Johnson deal, if I buy 2 then I can only use two $1/1 Coupons, whether they are the printable ones or the video value ones. Is anyone else having this problem?

RE: Rite Aid something new at my Rite aid in Maine. All computer printed coupons have to be 1 on a sheet. So we have to use a seperate sheet of paper for each coupon. Bummer. They said some people are making copies of the coupons. also they gave me flack about using a coupon from tehir brocure and another manufactures coupon on the same item. I can't understand this because it says a lot of time on their brocure " look for additional coupons in Sunday paper"

I checked the Cetaphil at my store. The bars were $4.49 so if you have the $5 coupon that would be a sweet deal. I wasn't able to snag that $5 coupon before they pulled it. You can however request a $2/1 any Cetaphil via email from their website. So, the bars would be 49¢ after the in ad and manufacturer coupon. The face cleansers were $6.99 for the smallest size.

Yes but this situation is different because one item is regular price and one is a penny. I think it is pushing it to use (2) different $1 coupons on an item that costs a penny. The store will be reimbursed by the manufacturer for the coupons but not the ad perk coupons. I think situations like this are when companies decide to pull programs and I would hate to see the ad perk program go.

Don't forget there's that great Nabisco $20 rebate from ages ago too... the Back to School one... if you still have those you can put the Nabisco Crackers toward that rebate! (which doesn't expire until 06/2010!) You also have to buy 5 beverages (caprisuns or koolaid jammers) and 5 easy mac singles... but since there's still plenty of time you can just wait for other sales with that!
