No luck here either.
I also got an error message.
I kept refreshing the error message page and it finally worked. It said “your request has been submitted” and I did get an email from them. I would guess it took refreshing 10 times.
I tried on Safari and got an error message, but was successful with Firefox. I filled out a form and submitted it, followed by a message that said, “your request was submitted”. I don’t know if that means I will get the sample or not…
If you refresh several times it will go through.
My screen is just frozen.
I kept hitting the refresh button and eventually it said that my request was submitted. I’m not sure if that means I’ll get the full size sample or not.
Error message here too!

It took me 5 times, but I finally got the thank you page.
Worked for me after refreshing a few times.
After I filled it out and got an error message, I hit refresh about 15 times and it finally submitted!! Good luck, keep trying!

They have some kind of javascript error. Thanks for the heads up though!

Error seems to be fixed now!!! I just submitted my request and all went well no errors at all!!!
Gone… oh well!
