For the Johnson’s Buddies soap I can’t find a coupon, is it just not available in my area or is it just the general Johnson’s coupon?

I just got back from Wal-Mart in my area (WV) and they had the 50 load ALL detergent on sale for 5.00 and with the $2.00 coupon from the 1/3 paper, made for a great deal!!
My Wal-mart (MI) has Maruchan Instant Lunch (Ramen noodles) for 28cents each; also Heinz ketchp (40 oz) for $1.98.
My Wal-Mart ad (Ogden, UT) has Angel Soft 12 double rolls and All 50 load detergent for $5 each, L’Oreal Colour Riche lipstick for $5 and Activia Yogurt for $1.88. I know all of these have at least $1.00 off coupons.
