Since when don’t you receive cash back when you use a discount code? I have heard that of Bing but never with Ebates! I always use a code when purchasing from Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, etc. and have always received my Ebates cashback….did this recently change?
I know I received cash back for my AE purchase that occurred on Saturday.
I called both companies directly and discussed it with them. If you have a contact at either company that I can speak with that has different information I would appreciate it! You WILL receive cash back on codes that the company has issued directly or the cash back sites offer. For example the code for Children’s Place today is on Shop at Home so that is fine. My posts would look like the unedited version of War and Peace if I typed out every single detail. I usually include information relevant to the deal at hand. I do not see that Target code on either cash back site nor is it posted on the Target home page.

I guess I’ll have to pay more attention and see if I ever don’t receive the cash-back since I’m so used to automatically getting it.
I am sure I’ve even shopped Kohl’s and used free shipping codes and still received it.

I am new to Shop@Home but I purchased a Kitchenaid Mixer with the 15% off coupon listed several days ago and I DID receive the cash back. It was posted to my account yesterday and I received it on the full purchase price, BEFORE discount. Don’t know if that helps anyone:)
Ok can you let us know when you get your check? I spoke with them directly to clarify this point and I was told that the retailer (in this case Target) will not pay on those orders so they remove the cash back. I looked back through my cash back transactions from the spring and summer and realized that I had cash back and then it was removed from my account and I was not paid. So again- I hope you do get it but please don’t be disappointed if you don’t. Your account will take awhile to be reconciled so just be aware it will likely be removed. Shop at Home needs to be paid by Target before they pay you and that will take awhile.
