Remember the deal on men’s sunglasses a few months ago? Well it is back but for the kiddos! TODAY ONLY you can score 10 pairs of kids sunglasses (in girls or boys or toddlers styles) for $9.99 plus $5.99 shipping. Whoo hoo!
I just bought a pair of sunglasses at Target on clearance for $4 so if your kiddos lose sunglasses like mine do this is a sweet deal! Both of my girls have birthday’s in the summer so this would be a cute item to give out at parties too.
Click HERE to order and then you can have a pair in the car(s), diaper bags, at grandma’s, in your purse and anywhere else you can stash them.
Just a reminder that it is already the 28th! Printable coupons typically rotate out at the end of the month- so we should start seeing fresh coupons soon!!
That also means the current coupons will likely be replaced so make sure you have everything you need from:
Amazon has a tax center available on the web site so you can compare prices on all the software available. It looks like some programs also offer mail in rebates to make for a better deal.
Reader Nikki passed along a new cash back program that I was not familiar with called Big Crumbs.
I always like to learn about new programs because you can shop around to find the best cash back amount on your online purchases.
The best thing about Big Crumbs is that they pay every month on the 15th- so you don’t have to wait like other cash back companies. Also you don’t need a minimum amount in your account to get a check. You will get paid via paypal- so be sure you use your paypal email when you register. (You have to have a paypal account to get cash back from Big Crumbs- they will not mail paper checks.)
Big Crumbs seems to have a comparable cash back amount to Ebates and Shop at Home. I looked at a few stores today and I was surprised to see they actually offer a little higher percent back on several stores.
The other great aspect to Big Crumbs is that you can refer friends. You will get a small payment when they make online purchases and I have a feeling many of you are already telling friends about these cash back programs anyway.
(Note: this is my referral link. If you prefer not to use me for your referral you can register by going directly to BigCrumbs.com. But I do thank you in advance if you do decide to use my link and support MFA!)
Reader Jessica found a sweet deal if you are in need of carseats.
Just head over HERE to Safety 1st and they have several that are marked down as low as $79.99 from $150!
I tested this on the $89.99 seat above and the total with shipping and tax was $111.84.
*****
I also contacted diapers.com to see if they would do a price match. They will price match any item online that they also carry. It looks like the Alpha Omega Elite in Proton (the black and gray one) they also carry for $179.99. So I was told they will honor the $89.99 price on the Safety1st web site but they do add the $14 shipping to your total.
If you have not yet ordered from diapers.com, than you can just head on over HERE and register. Then call them at 800-diapers OR email bestprice at diapers dot com and request a price match. The amount of the difference will be placed in your account and will be credited when you purchase the car seat. This process is really fast- if you want to email just send the link to the seat you want from the Safety1st website to them in the email.
When you are ready to order just add the car seat to your cart. If you grab a pack of diapers as well (Luvs are $6.99) than you can use code: 123diapers to save $10. PLUS first time customers can submit the rebate HERE for $14.97 back. I also love diapers.com because you don’t pay sales tax (to the majority of states). So if you go through them the math looks like this:
$89.99 car seat + $15 shipping + Luvs diapers $6.99= $111.98
Get $10 off with code 123diapers = $101.98
Get $14.97 rebate back = $87.01 total for car seat + diapers!! Wowee!! For a car seat that is normally priced at $180 that is a sweet deal!
I would not wait on this as I do not know how long the Safety1st sale will last! If you are already a diapers.com customer you can only have one account per address. This still works out to be a better deal through them because you will not pay sales tax.
I just wanted to remind you of Plastic Jungle in case you are planning any Valentine’s Day dinners. You can head over HERE and take a look at gift cards that you can buy to a variety of places for discounted prices. I just spotted a gift card to Rock Bottom for $79 for a $100 gift card.
So you probably won’t save a massive amount but it is a way to get a little more bang for your buck! The larger the card the better your savings will likely be. I have had my eye on Safeway cards (none are available) but you might look and see if you can buy one for your grocery store and then use that every week with your regular budget.
I also just sent this to my Dad because he buys things at Home Depot all the time and they also have about a 7% savings right now on Home Depot cards. Considering he is building a house that can really add up!
You can also sell any gift cards you may not need from the holidays and get cash or Amazon credit! For you Old Navy shoppers they have Old Navy cards right now!
Today only you can score Body Butter from the BodyShop.com for $8 rather than $20! There are only 4 flavors included in the sale- shipping is a little high at $7 but if you like this stuff that is still less than you pay for 1 in the stores!
They have have 25% off several other products. Click HERE to have a look.
How fun is this? If you shop at Earthfare than head on over to Twitter and follow them HERE.
Every week they will send out a Tweet with a new coupon that is good on Friday only.
They sent a Tweet out today for this Friday’s coupon and it is Buy One Get One Muir Glen soups. You can still grab the coupon HERE. (And while you are on Twitter why not follow me as well? I’d love to tweet with you!)
