I called about the Quench rebate and they told me that they’d only send back what I spent oop. I specifically asked about using extra bucks and coupons and they told me again that I wouldn’t get more then I spent. I’m kind of sad now because it seems like that isn’t actually the case.
Does this mean that since I used coupons on two of the cleansers that I’ll only receive whatever the difference is after the coupons? This is the first time that I’ve done a rebate, so I’m a newbie at it. I’m curious about other people’s experiences with rebates…
No. I received my entire purchase price back and that has been my experience in the past 2 or 3 years of submitting millions of rebates. When you call I don’t think a company is going to encourage you to also you coupons to get a better deal. I think that is why the Johnson and Johnson rebate went south because they received a million calls from customers.
