yay! Im so glad I found your blog! I’m in the sacramento area too. my local nugget doesnt take printable coupons. do you know if this is company policy or is my store just being stubborn?

SaveMart has Jolly Time popcorn 3 pk on for .99. There was a recent .50 off coupon in one of the January Sunday papers (sorry, can’t remember which one). Interesting how the ad prices vary even within the state. Our Ken’s salad dressing is sale priced at $2.19 at the Chico store. Also, if you have Food Maxx (discount grocery store owned by same company as SaveMart) they have Golden Grain pasta on sale for .74 a box. I saw spaghetti, bow ties, penne, macaroni, salad macaroni and some others. All were regualr, not wheat, 12 oz size. The tag on the shelf indicated the sale goes through Feb. 2nd.
I am so glad you decided to do a Nor Ca grocery roundup. I have followed your blog for a while (in fact, i have a suspicion that we actually shop the same target). I was hoping to find someone that did savemart matchups since I just moved around the corner from one. If you continue to do them, it just makes it so nice to just follow one blog instead of having several to have to look at to find different deals. And I just love the fact that I just hit the print button at the bottom of the posts and put it directly into my coupon binder in the appropriate section (cvs, wags, target, safeway, raleys, and savemart are my frequent stores) and it helps me save so much time and energy. my highlighter is my new best friend!
