There are two new Target coupons HERE for $1 off Cottonelle Wipes and HERE for $1 off 12pk Cottonelle TP. These are Target coupons so you can stack them with a manufacturer coupon! Also these are unlimited print coupons so you can get as many as you like (whoo hoo!)
Typically Cottonelle wipes are priced around $2.00. So you can also use the .50/1 coupon HERE (for 72 ct or .50/2 for 36 count)- to save $1.50 or $1.25 on each tub. (There is a Caregiver’s rebate on Cottonelle but for Fresh wipes only so I don’t think these will qualify.)

Just back from target and they had an 8 pack of GE 75 watt light bulbs on clearance for $1.78. Used a two dollar off coupon and they were free! There are many GE coupons available right now!
There is a $.50 Cottonelle Wipes coupon in Feb. All you. There is no size limit.
