Spend the money on a dyson…i LOVE LOVE LOVE mine. It is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just wondering if anyone has ever bought a ‘refurbished’ Dyson off of ebay. I see a lot of them from here- they’ve never been used by a consumer and I think they even come in a box. If its legitimate- that’s a pretty good price. I’d just want some ‘real’ feedback before I’d order!

Kerri I looked at them for ages on Amazon. The feedback I got from people that had Dyson was that the product is notorious for maintenance issues and when you buy a refurb you likely won’t get a warranty. One problem with it and you will probably spend as much on the repair as you would have for a new one. Now I didn’t buy one myself but I looked for months and heard that repeatedly so it is something to consider.

Thanks! I pine for them whenever I see them but I’m glad I didn’t invest in one and regret it! I hear great things about the way they work but I’ll have to investigate a little more into the maintenance issues and see if other brands work as well!
I tried putting it in my cart and I think they are all gone, bummer.
I would be leary about this “deal” as the latest amazing Macy’s deal (remember the Ripstick???) was a major pain to actually get them to honor once they realized the “obvious” error (per their email). But this would be a good deal.
Also – I too have heard the numerous bad things about Dyson.
I would wait, Target does a really good deal with a $100 target gift card when you buy a dyson. We got ours Mothers Day weekend last year and it was a good price for them. Dysons are AMAZING i would pay 900 for it!!!!

I have a Dyson. With 2 dogs and 3 cats I had (or so I thought) to have the “pet” one…it’s not worth the money! For as much as you spend on one it should work more than so-so. We ended up later buying a $150 Bissell (because my husband HATES the Dyson) and it works just as good!
