I can’t say anything about the west coast but in Virginia, they only place I’ve seen it is Food Lion.

We live in PA and have Heluva Good cheese, sour cream, and French Onion dip. The dip is THE BEST! I can’t wait for my coupon for the free item. The FB promo has ended, but you can go to heluvagood.com and get a 50 cent off coupon.
