I would not count on this one. I filled it out and put my member number in, it gave me a gage that said allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of sample, then it took me to homepage and up top in smaller print stated no URL found so I was directed to the homepage! Let’s keep finger’s crossed that it will come. Also thanks for all you post, it is all very helpful
