I discussed this a few times- I personally don’t have a list written down- that is too much work for me. I also don’t like to say what my buy prices are because really prices depend on your situation. In our house, my husband is the only one that eats lunch meat so I have the luxury of waiting until I can get it for .99 for example. If you have 4 teenage boys in the house than you might have a much higher buy price because you need a lot more than I do. Does that makes sense? Also my prices in Nor CA tend to be 2x as high as the rest of the country and we do not have double coupons. Our regular “sale” price on bananas for example is .89. Many areas around the country have them for .33/lb or maybe even lower- so again my price of .59/lb might be double what you would consider paying. So my advice is to just pay attention to prices for a few weeks and try to figure out what the lowest is in your area and go from there.
