Same thing here…the coupon printer gives me a web site to go to to get the sample, which costs $2.50 S&H

I have no idea where the $2.50 is coming from but I added a second pic because I just did this and there is no mention anywhere of a shipping charge. Why would they charge $2.50 to ship a coupon?

for me it’s not a free coupon but a web address. it’s a free item but will pay the $2.50 shipping.

Angela I am not sure where you are going but it just worked for me 2 seconds ago. It takes you to a separate area to request your coupon and it will be mailed in 4-6 weeks. There is no charge that I can see anywhere.
