Using this sight early in the morning is VERY fast–less than 2 minutes. I gave up on the lip order because it was taking so long. The next morning it was fast, and this order today seemed even faster.
I too tried to go on the other day and it was too slow. I went on this morning and got both the hair repair and the lip gloss. It went through so I’m hoping that I get the order.

It took a while, but as someone else pointed out, all of a sudden it started moving quickly and checkout was a breeze. I did get a couple of empty carts, but I kept adding the items and finally both went through.
I, like Angela up there, got through this site within 2-3 minutes. I’m excited to give this product a try.
I just ordered this and I clicked right through every page, literally took me 5 seconds!! I did get the lip stuff the other day and it took hours, I finally just let my computer sit and went to check on it now and then!
Maybe you are looking at another item because this should be free.
The Dream Drops are $6 for shipping. I got those a little over a month ago and it is well worth it for $6. This product will cost you at least $25 at a salon.

I just tried getting this and it said “Your quantity exceeds stock on hand”. Maybe it’s sold out? Did anyone else get this message? I made sure I was only adding one to my cart… Oh well. At least I got the lip stuff finally. Although I did read something on their site that said “all orders received after supplies have been depleted will be cancelled.” So who knows. Guess I’ll wait and see if I even get that. Thanks for the tips though!
I too got the message quantity exceeds the amount on hand but I then did a lip gloss search and was able to get the free lip gloss pallet! The site was fast now too, just couldn’t get the free hair repair. Maybe I will try it at another time. It may be sold out though.
