too bad those items are gone within minutes…or that’s what happened last weekend with there $5 fleece!
I bought some clearance items at old navy this week and got a coupon for the 20% off giftcards when I checked out. It is good from today until Dec. 24. I wrote about it in my blog.
Heather you can buy them ahead of time! They will do a price adjustment if you go back the day of the sale! I just found that out and I am going to try it myself this weekend.

Does anyone know what time old navy opens?
I would love to buy them ahead of time. However, how do you know which particular fleece or cozy socks to buy? How would you know if those particular items will indeed be the sale item?

Jenny, I am hoping to hit my store this afternoon. There is the video you can watch to get an idea. They should have some sort of display up- I believe the items are called EZ Sweaters and Cozy Socks. I am sure you can also ask someone to make sure you get the correct items as well.

Good luck finding them. My local store said they did not have them out today and that they are going to open at 7am on saturday.
Kelly I saw a coupon that was handed out in a store so I don’t know if it is needed or not. I don’t usually like to post things that I don’t have 100% of the details about but since a lot of people are going to be heading to the store anyway I thought I would mention it. It sounds like a lot of frustration about this offer and I am not sure where it is coming from. I have never had so many angry comments in one day before. As I said I will be going to the store myself today and I will do my very best to get all of the information together so everyone can be prepared. I posted 100% of the information I have right now.

Old Navy always does an extra 50 off clearance the second or third week of January. This is when I buy most of my boys’ clothes for the year. I’m thinking I could invest in the gift card now and save a little extra.
