Not according to the terms these are not even supposed to be in your account until mid month. 1800Flowers is working VERY hard to get these credited for the thousands and thousands of people that took advantage of this offer. I know people are excited but this is an incredibly generous offer that will be yours completely and totally for free. I haven’t received mine yet- they are trickling through. I just called them (before I read the comments here). Curtis, who by the way so very nice, says that they had an overwhelming response and they are tirelessly working to get all of the points credited. He said that when they did the promotion some of the information got a little lost. You should see a 400 point credit then a 400 point deduction from your account then they will email your savings pass. He said that if you do not receive it by Friday, still do not panic. They are going to start going over the list next week and manually entering the points for those who are still hanging out there. He said they do not want “egg” on their face and they know people want to use these for Christmas, they are trying their best to get everybody’s points credited and issued…. EVERYBODY say a little prayer for them, they all sound overworked, and just to give us all free flowers. How nice is that!!!

Thank you for the update April I had a feeling those poor people were getting inundated with calls and emails. Unfortunately when people continuously call and email and get angry with companies for something that was totally free to begin with they are less likely to do it again in the future. I am sure they had no idea thousands and thousands of people would take advantage of this promotion. Please be patient or we won’t see deals like this again. I don’t see any reason to inquire as they specifically said the points are credited the month after you request them. So they are by no means behind in crediting!
