I think so. Because the item should trigger the rebate not the price you pay. So I still get rebates when I use coupons- and the voucher I think is a coupon.

I was wondering if I used my free bottle of Herbal Essenes coupon at Rite Aid for shampoo (next week), will I be able to get two bottles since the store is having a Buy one Get one free sale on that product?
