According to the Customer Service Reps at 800-440-0680 you can always use a Target coupon plus a manufacturers coupon. If you have an issue at check out call the 800 number while in the store and they can and will clear things up…happy shopping!
When I went to my Target this morning to do the DVD deal the UP! Combo pack rang up at $19.99, so maybe its a fluke but let it ring up first before you automatically try the price match thing

Thank you- I have never had a problem with that. The issue is PRICE MATCHING and using a Target Coupon. I have been told they will not allow a price match plus Target coupon. Totally different.
When they rang up UP at Target’s customer service, it only rang up $19.99 for me too! I only paid $10.98 plus tax for both blu-rays! What a great deal.
Apparently I’m the only one having problems with this whole deal with Target. I have gone to 3 different ones, and they will not honor their coupon policy (which I have printed and clearly stated what is says) or the price matching…. ugh!!!
I’m having trouble finding the coupon. Where on the website is it??
