i was able to do this on Sunday and use all my coupons for 4 boxes and 4 $1 target kellogg’s coupons.. YAY!!!
BUT today they would not let me use more then 1 taget kellogg’s coupons.. the cashier said ” it states on the coupon one coupon per transaction” so i had him take the ceral off. I was so bummed!

Will they let you do several transactions one after another so we can use these coupons with the manufacturer coupons? Is it one Target coupon per transaction or is it one item coupon per that type of item? (i.e. I want to use the $1 off Kellogs and the $1 off General mills) Will they let me do what I have listed below?

Yes. That is exactly what I do to use my gift cards. You want to make sure you let the cashier know you have multiple transactions and try to pick a time they are not crazy busy. I usually go to the garden center where it is nice and quiet.
