MONDAY: Mac and Cheese (recipe from Southern Living at Home magazine) with Green Salad
TUESDAY: Meatball Sandwiches and Roasted Potatoes
WEDNESDAY: Steak and Mushroom Pot Pies (from Redbook magazine)
THURSDAY: Thanksgiving! (I almost forgot!!) I go to my Dad’s house and they do all the cooking! Whoo hoo! I just bring the wine.
FRIDAY: MFA Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Cranberry Spinach Salad (I make grilled cheese with sharp cheddar and a triple berry jam)
SATURDAY: Cheddar Broccoli Soup and Baked Potato
