Apparently Staples is running a promotion starting 6am on Monday- add $25 in Sharpies to your cart and use code: 96140 to get $25 off your order! You can see the details HERE and I suspect this site will be slammed in the morning. Just search for Sharpies and add items as close to $25 as possible to your cart.
If you can’t get the coupon code to work- the call centers open at 7am EST. You can add the product to your cart, select site to store shipping (cost is .59) and call the Staples call center at 800-891-0195.
I happen to love Sharpies and pens in general but these are on clearance at my Walgreens for .25 each. So if the codes aren’t working or you have to wait for ages it might not be worth the time. Good Luck!! Let me know if it works!!

This code is not valid per customer service.. I tried it several times before calling.. I was able to get the $25q but the rep said that it was an incorrect q number put on the site . But if you phone in your order they will enter it for you 🙂
Also if you are a first time buyer they waive shipping charges , otherwise you can have it sent to your local staples for .59 HTH
Send it to your local store for 50 cents! 🙂 Easy way around it. Just called and it literally took five minutes.

Thanks! For this to work, I had to call customer service. All customer service reps got an email this morning stating that the coupon code is still good. The rep on the phone who I talked to was very nice and helped me through the order. I got a bunch of sharpie products to use in my classroom for under $2! You do need to ship to a store to get free shipping.
When I just checked the link the Sharpies were out of stock!
Customer Service is busy and I have tried 4 times, wonder why!? lol

I was just told by a rep that the code was only good through the 24th.
When I called, I got an automatic message that said to place the order and then to call back later in the week for the coupon to be applied. So, I’m crossing my fingers that this will work. I didn’t want to miss out on the deal. I figured I could return everything later if they won’t give the refund. My shipping to store was free, too!
Kept trying, but everything kept selling out . I was not able to order anything worthwhile to me, but if you have over $50, shipping is free.
Hoping they will exgend this offer!
ordered last night and today got an email that one item was out of stock so of course now the code can’t be applied. have been on hold a while, this seems like more of a headache than it was worth 🙁
I was just on the phone with a customer service rep after waiting 35 min. She said its ONLY with a 50$ order so I couldnt get my free sharpies. Booo!!
Worked for me! $1.04 and pick up tomorrow at my Staples store. The customer service guy asked me for the code with no problem.

Just talked with customer service and she said the coupon code was pulled because they have reached their quota of how many they were giving away for free.
I just tried it too and it said the coupon was expired. Thanks for the link. For those that got the deal, it was a GREAT one! Guess I have to get up earlier… the early bird catches the worm.
I called about 2 hours ago and got right through. (there are several phone number floating around so try all of them if you can’t get through) I had already checked online to see what was available. I gave the rep the item numbers and she applied the code. The rep told me $1.02 but my invoice is saying $2.94. Either way still good deal. Thanks!
I didn’t want to post last night because the deal hadn’t even started! I heard people waited over an hour on the phone which is crazy to me.
When I called now I was told they were sold out of all Sharpie products. So I couldn’t do the deal.

whooo! Just got off the phone with them. I had placed my order around 8:30 this morning and it went through 28 sharpies for $0.93. My sister ordered it after me. I later get an email saying my order was cancelled and hers was not????? So I called Staples and they are going to give me a $25 Staples check. So it worked out well:)
