The Ecb’s will most likely print after buying only 2 , if they are indeed 9.99 each. but you would need a small filler to get over $20 to use the 4/20. So that works out to about 20.30 diapers plus filler , -$4 $/$$ -$4 manus (short lived PDF) -$5 ecbs for a total of 3.65 each and you can still do the caregivers rebate and save even more
