There is a new company out called Relish– that provides a menu planning service, shopping lists and recipes. You will pay for the service- $7 per month- but they will provide a list of menu ideas that you can choose from. They will create a shopping list based on what you select and the recipes are guaranteed to take 30 min or less to prepare. You also get monthly freezer menu ideas.
.
Has anyone used this service before? Personally I am happy to do all this myself for free but $7 doesn’t seem like it is that expensive. Especially if you struggle with Gluten free menus as they have those as an option. You can get more information HERE.

I love meal planning so don't use any service, but I have a friend who loves http://www.e-mealz.com. They actually plan the meals based on what's on sale at your store. My only complaint from what I saw of their menus was that it relied on lots of processed foods (canned soup, ritz crackers, onion dip spice packet).
