Maybe I figured it out, I did find an eCoupon on shortcuts.com, but the link took me to Cellfire…hmmm
There are cellfire ecoupons too but if they don’t show up for you then you are too late. You want to load them all when they are available since they rotate all the time. Once they rotate out you can’t go back and get them even though they have not expired. No the Delights won’t work. Grab the one from shortcuts instead.

I went to Safeway on Monday and they had the Post Shredded Wheat n Bran (and the other varieties I think)which does not go on sale often on the same 1.99 sale if you buy 3…and it also printed the 2.00 off on next visit catalina.
I also didn’t buy all that much that trip but somehow managed to receive 13 other coupons including a free JointJuice, a free Cottonelle wet wipes coupon, and a free refill of wet wipes coupon. I did buy Cottonelle 12 db roll TP so maybe that triggered that one.
