They are showing up at $1 per two pack in some stores and on the back is a rebate form: Buy One at Get $1.25, Buy 2 and Get $2.75, Buy 3 and Get $4.50. Now this is a perfect filler item or a great way to use up Register Rewards!
Also has anyone found Halloween candy on clearance? I might make a trip to check it out as some stores reportedly have candy already marked down 50%. Don’t forget Christmas is on the way so keep an eye out for great deals on candy that you can use for the next holiday!

I recently had the chance to try some products from Fisher Boy. Now I didn’t actually try them since I am a vegetarian but my family served as guinea pigs and very willingly agreed to try the products. I don’t often buy fish sticks or breaded chicken so my husband was especially excited. I have to say I try to cook for the family every night but it is so nice to have those fall back items in the freezer. Sometimes I am just too busy or too tired and being able to pop something in the oven is wonderful.
Fisher Boy has a line of frozen items- including fish sticks, crab cakes and shrimp poppers. These can be found at a variety of stores from Kroger to Walmart. They also have a little different spin on fish sticks by making cheese flavored sticks and potato sticks. My husband liked the potato flavor and said it was like a french fry and fish stick all wrapped into one.

It looks like this survey has ended. If you are not a Safeway shopper you might still check your store’s homepage! If you click on the homepage of your store- mine is Safeway.com- look at the red toolbar at the top of the page. You should see a little tab that says blog. Click on that and wait just a second- the following pop up ad appeared for me. Then you get a chance to take a survey and if you qualify you get a $10 gift card to your store!
I got this on the first try and it took me 9 minutes to complete the survey. Reader Josie passed this tip along and it took her four attempts to get the card.
