If you also have the Home Made Simple coupon booklet- use the .75/1 Mr. Clean coupon or the $1/1 Mr. Clean coupon (depending on which booklet you have)
And pay $1.74 for both

Since the Safeway coupon says limit (4)- it will likely take of .49 for the free item too which would make it $1.25 for both!

Also, I spotted this coupon booklet at my store on a large display. It has some good coupons including $1 off Planters and $1 off Velveeta Shells and Cheese. The Shells and Cheese are $1.49 this week at Walgreens- so just .49 after coupon!
Any particular order to hand over the safeway and mgr coupons?
FYI I was at Safeway at lunch I bought 3 Clorox wipes on sale 2 for $6 and used my Kleenex cat and received another on the cat it states compliments of Kleenex, Clorox & SC Johnson not sure what else is included 2 bucks for the 62 count I did not have any MQ to stack.
