Here is the plan for this week. We have a stuffed fridge so I had to get a little creative to really use what we already have on hand.

MONDAY: $20 Dinner from Chili’s!

TUESDAY: Potato Alfredo (page 74- to use up Alfredo sauce) & Green Salad
.
WEDNESDAY: Parmesan Crusted Italian Chicken Sandwiches (pg 67) and more green salad
.
THURSDAY: Quesadilla with Red Pepper Hummus, cheese and red peppers
.
FRIDAY: Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast with feta, pecan and cranberry salad
.
SATURDAY: Cracker Jack Chicken (pg 85) with brown rice
.
SUNDAY: French Dips with cucumber salad
.
