MONDAY: Open Face Garden Sandwiches w/ Green Salad (This recipe was in the Sept Fitness and looks delicious) Just toss baked veggies on a pita and top with Italian dressing and swiss cheese- put under the broiler until cheese melts. Yum!

TUESDAY: Minestrone Soup w/ Loaded Garlic Bread (the bread is just crostini rubbed with garlic with mozzarella cheese melted on top & a little bacon).

WEDNESDAY: Grilled Chicken, Cherry and Blue Cheese Salad w/ leftover french bread

THURSDAY: Goat Cheese and Cranberry Salad (also from Fitness magazine)

FRIDAY: Chicken, Parmesan and Artichoke Sandwiches with Parmesan Broccoli

SATURDAY: Cream Cheese Rigatoni (believe it or not but I am not a fan of pasta so I will have another salad)

SUNDAY: Butternut Squash Risotto
And I am going to make an attempt at this gorgeous Chocolate Crunched Caramel Tart.
