What's the code it asks for at the bottom of the form?
Uh oh- I only saw a security code so I didn't see any other code? It said 1000 at the top of the form. Misleading as I thought it was way more!

Charlene, what did your confirmation page look like? I was able to enter in my info and then it went to the main Sea Cuisine page, but I didn't get a "your coupon will be in the mail" or anything like that. Thanks!
Tried to get through all night, just tried again, and it said they reached their limit. Bummer.
I didn't get a confirmation- I hit the back bar to double check the coupon amount and I got a pop up that said my coupon would arrive in 2-3 weeks.
I find it very ironic that the vegetarian is the only one to get this coupon!
Yeah, I agree….this offer was definitely lacking. I was online shortly before 12:00am, and once 12:01 hit their site was down from being hit so many times. I tried for over an hour and could not get through. Tried again this morning but obviously they were done. So frustrating!
