After several tries, I did manage to get my request in for the sample. The web page takes forever and a day to load though….Thanks.

Yeah, I let mine sit for about 5 minutes, but it did load. This was the first time I've requested anything from Vocalpoint, but after it asked to confirm my address, it just took me to a different page of the site. There was no confirmation the product was on its way. Is that normal?
