This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

There are reports that the Tag Readers that have been on clearance at Target were just marked down to $12.48 today! If you print the $10 coupon HERE you can score them for $2.48!
.
Keep in mind this is a clearance item so you will want to scan the item to double check the price (as they might be marked higher). Also you can click HERE to access the Target inventory checker and enter ASIN # B00134O7QU. (This is clearance so even if it says the item is available you may not find it in store!)
.
EDITED: If you want to call your store and check- the DPCI # is: 204-04-0877.

Four people have called my local Target in the last 15 minutes to see if they were in stock, and they're gone! Man, Utah readers, save one for me!! Lol.. :o)

FYI – I snagged the last one on Wednesday at the Target on Pleasant Grove in Roseville. It had already been discounted to $12.48, but the sticker price did not reflect that discount. Now…I need to find cheap Tag books! Good luck everyone trying to find this ๐Ÿ™‚

I got one this morning!!! I had been scanning them at my store for weeks and weeks now. Wed morning it was still scanning at only 50% off but today it was FINALLY 75% off.

    YEAH!!!

Why on earth would they be clearanced in some stores and full price in others? I just don't understand that. Hoping I can get them tomorrow for Christmas. I also hope the clearance doesn't mean no new books for them.

They are full price in some stores because it is the older models that are on clearance. The new models will be full price. You probably won't find these in the leapfrog section but rather in a clearance area on on an end cap.

Our Kmart had some books on their clearance end cap marked down to $5.60. It printed out a register coupon for $5.00 of the next purchase of Leapfrog products. You could score some cheap books!

My target in South Florida had two hid behind the full price one. Marked down to thirty something, but scanned at 12.48. I got one, and left the other for someone else, but if its still there tomorrow night when I have to go over there, I might get the other too!

My Target had one left – it was behind the new ones. The newer ones had a slightly differnt box but I think that's probably the only difference!
