Personally what do I do when I have trouble with cashiers? I ask them to remove the item from my order. I remember them for next time and avoid their line at all costs. I have occasionally asked for a manager- (amazing how the attitude changes when that happens) and I have occasionally called corporate. I also am fortunate to live in an area where there are several locations to most chains and drug stores. If a store is consistently rude to me I simply don’t go back. There are enough deals from week to week for me to find whatever it is I need at a place that wants my business.
