Quick Note: I did not think you could combine in ad coupons with manufacturer coupons, since the in-ad coupons say “manufacturer coupon”. However when you look at the Garnier Shampoo in the ad it clearly shows using the in ad coupon with a manufacturer coupon. Your store may not allow this but I would point that example out in the ad if they refuse both coupons.

Did I miss anything? Posted at BeCentsable’s Grocery Gathering.
I just started following your website and I'm really excited to try out some of these deals at Rite Aid. Thanks for all your work and sharing the bargains!
All of the Rite Aid stores that I've been are fine combining a Rite Aid coupon (with Rite Aid symbol from Ad) and a manufacturer coupon. Check out my post about the Rite Aid coupon policy.
I hope that helps!

I've used a Rite-Aid and a manufacturer's coupon on items before with no problems.
I just went this morning to do the Johnson & Johnson baby deal and I was able to find bonus packs on the Shampoo, Lotion, Head to Toe body wash, and Bubble Bath. So Be on the look-out for these bonus packs to sweeten the deal even better ๐
Veronica, I got those too! I couldn't believe the big ones of all those items were included in the sale too! Now let's just hope the rebate goes through with no problems ๐
The Covergirl wouldn't work for me. I had a mean cashier who said I "was already getting one free. You can't get them both free." What do you say to that??
It is actually Rite Aid corporate policy to allow a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale. I would call Rite Aid customer service and have them contact the store to correct the cashier.
1-800-RITEAID
I got baby wash today do you think this will be on the rebate? It was also in the sale..
Yes, as long as the size is correct. You might want to enter your receipt and confirm the rebate went through before you open the package just in case.
Thanks Charlene! I went to Rite Aid today and got $93 worth of stuff for only $1.78. I bought 10 of the Johnson baby products and only paid tax on that(after the rebate). Then in another transaction had to grab 2 candy bars just to bring the price up enough to use all my coupons! One cashier was cranky about it but the other one now calls me the coupon queen!
I had such trouble at Rite Aid when I went to get this Johnson and Johnson deal. I had a fight with the cashier at the first place and had to go to a second Rite Aid. They would only accept $5 of internet coupons. I called the Rite Aid number today and they are going to mail me a copy of their coupon policy because it is currently not available online. She told me that the policy is no single coupon over $5 but they can accept more then one. I will wait until I see it. The store was already out of the items on Sunday and they aren't getting shipments back in until Thursday or Friday.
Forgot to mention that my rebate didn't go through correctly because I got three foaming body wash and the system does not show that item. I called the customer support number for the rebates and they are looking into it but I am fearful that they are going to miss the deadline to make a decision. I guess if it doesn't go well, it is either a good deal instead of a really good deal or I return it on prinipal. I hope that this all gets corrected but I was very upset with Rite Aid and I haven't decided whether I will go there again to get anything. I hope that other areas have better policies then Northern VA.
I just had to write to tell about my great savings at Rite-Aid! Flex-a-min is included in the BOGO and there was a $6.00 coupon this week, so, bought 4 bottles which were $13.99 each, used 4 coupons and paid $3.98 ($.99 each)! Also the Garnier 100% hair color was BOGO – because it said "by Nutrisse" on the box I asked the cashier if I could use the $2.00 coupon on Nutrisse in this week's paper (I asked because I don't want to get into any "gray areas" of couponing!)and she said yes! I got 4 haircolors which were $7.99 each for $7.98 (about 1.99 each). Sorry this is so long, but was so excited I just had to share!
I've never shopped much at Rite Aid, but I might have to change that now that I've found this blog. Thank you for the post!
