When I try to print the coupon it says I have to install the coupon printer. I print coupons like this all the time, but sometimes I run into this problem. I even reinstalled it and it still says I need to install again. Do you know why this would happen?
Are you using the right link? If you are in IE you need to use the IE link or visa versa.
I'm with Deborah. I have this happen to me often. It did that on my computer with both IE and FF so now I'm on my husband's computer and same thing! But it's not a 1 time thing. This happens to me probably once a week with certain coupons. Others print right out! So frusterating!
