I am feeling a little tired these days since the baby is waking up a ton at night and now my toddler is having 2am nightmares. So this week is even simpler than my normal routine (and a lot of stuff daddy can make!)

MONDAY: Spaghetti with turkey meatballs and green salad
.
TUESDAY: Three cheese grilled cheese with tomato basil soup
(I just spread a little butter on the outside and coat the bread with Parmesan cheese, then I add cheddar and swiss and grill- super decadent!)

WEDNESDAY: Ritzy Chicken (to use up all these crackers!) with steamed Parmesan broccoli
.
THURSDAY: Chef salad with homemade bread sticks
.
FRIDAY: Quesadillas with black beans, cheese, salsa and chicken
.
SATURDAY: Crock pot Dijon Chicken with brown rice
.
SUNDAY: Homemade pizza with red peppers and olives
