If I remember last year the coupon was available for several hours- I am West Coast and I know I got it with no problems. I believe they moved to a $2 coupon after that and then a $1 coupon after that.

Yes it is mailed. You will get a $1 coupon in the mail- it is a postcard. And the $5 coupon will be available tomorrow so you have to come back. It is better to register now so you are all set to get your coupon tomorrow.

If it is the same as last year it will be mailed. That is actually better since some stores won't accept a high value IP. I believe they came fairly quickly.
I just logged into my account and there was a box to check on the right that says, "$5 coupon for registering with Luvs.com." So it looks like the request is active right now!
