I had difficulties with this but eventually with much patience and assistance with the Live Help chat feature I was able to finally get credit for the free mousepad. I had no problems with the free 50 prints, but she told me that you could either use free shipping OR free prints,(not BOTH!) however when I tried it again,(for the 4th or 5th time) it went thru & I got free shipping for both the mousepad & prints. I used a capitol F and the rest were lowercase. Not sure if thats what the difference was but that is when it went thru. If you have problems, try the exact spelling of Freelabor in the coupon code box when you are at the shipping page.
