Don't think too hard- it is pretty simple.
You can go through the link I listed for Kohl's OR through Mr Rebates- either way. The code is entered at the very end and the info for submitting both rebates is right there on the form.
1. Click on the links.
2. Order the mixer.
3. At checkout enter the promo code.
4. Submit your rebate for $40 and $12 per the instructions on the form.
5. Wait for the mailman.
Amazon actually gets even better deals from time to time. I bought mine on Amazon and paid $154.99.

Cali if you look on the rebate form at the very bottom of the second page where the Proof of Purchase UPC is you will see the address to send your request for $12 refund.
For the Kohl's cash- looks like it comes via email:
1. Spend $50 or more. You'll get $10 in Kohl's Cash for every $50 you spend.
2. The Kohl's Cash coupon you earn online will be sent via e-mail by September 25. Follow the e-mail instructions to print out your Kohl's Cash coupon.
3. Take your Kohl's Cash coupon to your nearest Kohl's Department Store September 24 through October 7, 2009.
4. When you checkout at the store, we'll deduct your Kohl's Cash coupon!
Got it! I didn't realize the mag was part of the $40 rebate deal. Does it say anywhere on my order that I qualified for the Kohls cash?

thanks for the heads-up on this offer! My mom had been thinking to get a KitchenAid stand mixer for my sis as a bday/christmas gift (sis is a professional baker but doesnt have a good mixer at home)… Well needless to say, the order has been placed and i am sure she will be jumping up and down with delight when she opens her gift this year! 😀
