I still have no idea what to tell you guys about the supposed Doubles Event starting Sunday at Kmart. I was hoping an ad would get leaked that would confirm the promotion and the ads that I have seen from 3 different sources make no mention of the event. I also heard that the Proctor and Gamble inserts would have information on the event (hence the rumor that only P&G coupons would be doubled) and guess what? I have Sunday’s P&G insert in my hands and there is nothing in it either.

I usually spend hours working on a doubles list and I actually hit my store to verify pricing is correct. This time around I just have a feeling this event is going to be a mess. I will be posting a doubles list from the last time around tomorrow with a few new additions.

I guess the only thing that can be done is to call your local store and see what they have to say. I have literally read pages and pages of information on the forums and in various blogs and have spoken to four different people at Kmart. It is amazing to me that no one seems to know what is going on.

On the up side as far as I can tell we are going to have an incredible week at the drugstores- so I am working on getting all those match-ups done early!
Yeah, same thing here. I sent two emails the first said my store was participating in the double coupon event (no mention of P&G) the second gave me the standard P&G only paragraph. When I called the store I was told they had no knowledge of either a double event or a P&G event. That if I could bring in a copy of the email from Kmart customer service that would be helpful. 🙁 I hate when companies have no communication!!!
Hi,I talked to my kmart manager tonight and she said there was a problem with P&G backing out of the doubles thats why they wasnt going to do it. She said they (my kmart) will still honor the doubles all week but they wont be hanging any signs up for people to know. She also ask how I knew and I told her it was all over the internet. nicole

item. Limit 1 coupon for each item purchased. Only 1 coupon will be
doubled per item. You may only purchase 4 of the same item using double
