Build a Bear is offering $5 off $10 animals with THIS coupon. Expires Sept 28 and is valid on make your own stuffed animals only. I am thinking of taking my toddler. Can I really get a bear for $5?
Thanks Kathy!

I don't know how many Utah readers you have (I'm assuming a ton), but I posted about 2 really good Smith's (our Kroger brand) deals on my blog, here http://thriftylarue.blogspot.com/2009/09/smiths-deals_18.html. I really hope I did my math right!
Sure you can get a bear for $5 with this coupon, they have lots of cute bears that start at $10. But it won't have any clothes or any of the other accessories that they offer. All that stuff is extra, cute and the way that they get you to spend more money. Will probably still take advantage of this offer for my youngest, she doesn't have a bear yet.
My daughter had her birthday party at Build-A-Bear. We signed up online (and are also members of the B-A-B club) so we received 1.5 pts per $ spent. It was great b/c the bear was the kids' goody bag and the party was sooooo easy b/c they did everything for us. Had lunch in the food court from Chik-Fil-A. Anyway, in the end, we received coupons for $65 worth of free merchandise there. Made it totally worth it b/c I can get the outfits for Hanukkah gifts for the kids. The outfits are so incredibly cute, as Nikki said. Animals start at $10 and go up to $22, I think.
