I tried using this coupon at Wal-Mart, and they wouldn't accept it because there wasn't a "blue mark" on it. They said that they have had trouble with fraudulent coupons and they started a new policy two weeks ago. Any suggestions?
That must be the policy at your Walmart store. I would just try another store. If I remember Walmart has these for about .87 or so and the drug stores usually have sales every few weeks for less than that. We should start seeing a lot of sales soon as stores get ready for fall.
