Charlene – just found out you can also get GIFT certificates for restaurants.com – to use to pick out restaurants later – like for teachers gifts, etc. OR buy a big one for yourself and use it throughout the year to get other ones. I just got $100 one for $4 – I will cash it in for individual restaurant ones all year long!
has anyone had issues with restaurant.com or using the certificates? my friend just told me about restaurant.com scams,restaurants not accepting the certificates and that some people were being charged $14.95 per month for some shopping club which they never signed up for.
i ordered several certificates today and now i am concerned.
My sister got mystery "CLUB" charges on her credit card bill 2 months in a row from Restaurant.com. She did not sign up to be in their club. I have used them and have not had any problems – but I would be careful and check your credit card statements to be safe.
