You know all that hair conditioner you have been getting for free at CVS?
Use it!!
Equal parts of conditioner to distilled water (or regular water if you are super cheap) All of this mixed in a spray bottle. Spray a very old lint-free rag about 6 to 8 times and add it to your load in the dryer.
As far as softener for your clothes in the wash use a little bit of white vinegar (about 1/2 cup) with a drop of two of essential oil.
