I haven’t personally done this one so I can’t promise it works but there is reportedly an unadvertised deal at CVS right now. Buy CVS brand 10ct tampons for $1.89 and get $1.89 back in ECBs! If this doesn’t work for you, you can always return them. (Thanks Kathy!)

Also, I mentioned this over the weekend but in case you missed it, the Northern California ad for CVS did not show the $1 ECB for buying milk. It just has a gallon of milk listed at $2.29. I was very surprised to see the ECB print when I purchased my gallon on Saturday! The bottom of my receipt stated 1 ECB for buying milk- so you might want to give it a shot! $1.29 is an incredible price for milk.
The tampon deal was actually advertised in our Longs/CVS store (NorCal) this morning. There were hang tags in front of the 10ct packages stating they were free after ECBs. It worked for me, but it is only a limit of 1. HTH!
